This lovely corner house is situated in the urbanisation Torre Vella, only 4 km from the beautiful sandy beach and centre of L'Estartit. Sol i Vent is surrounded by an enclosed garden with several terraces, barbecue and a beautiful private pool. Of course there are several seats to enjoy a nice glass of cool cava or a delicious paella! The house consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the entrance, small bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen and spacious living room with dining area, fireplace and patio doors to the terraces. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms of which 2 with a terrace and the second bathroom with toilet and bath/shower.
