It has a long, wide beach of more than 5 km, which is ideal for families with children, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. The town itself is also worth a visit with its charming downtown and beautiful harbor. You can always opt for a quiet day at the common pool overlooking the Montgrí castle and the mountains. At the back of the house you can find a lovely private garden with patio and bbq, adjacent to the forest, where you can make beautiful walks. Mont Mar 10 includes a garage on the ground floor where there is also the washing machine. On the 1st floor you have the spacious living room with dining area, fireplace, TV airconditioning and access to the terrace with view of the swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings. Therefore on this floor you have an open kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. There is also a double bedroom (with 2 single beds) and bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor are two double bedrooms (1 with double bed and airconditioning and the oter one with 2 single bed) and a second bathroom. Adjacent to one of the bedrooms, you have a large terrace with a beautiful view of the area. The house has got central heating available.
