Situated on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, this charming summer house is a fantastic place to spend a few days of relaxation on the Costa Daurada.

Arenal Beach is located right in front of the complex, so you will be able to enjoy the beautiful views. The mountains, the sea and the beach make up the perfect setting for your holidays.

The house is part of the UHC ARENAL FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex. About 20 houses distributed across several blocks, all of them sharing a large communal area with gardens and swimming pools (one for adults and a smaller one for children).

-First Floor:
- Master bedroom, with double bed and suite-style with bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobe and terrace with sea views.
- Second bedroom, also with sea views, has 1 double bed and a single bed.
- Third bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Second full bathroom with shower.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings and pets are not accepted.
- Air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. Fans in the other bedrooms.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool. (One for adults and one for children)
- Privileged beachfront location.
- Corner house with large private garden.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €400. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

EXTRA
Just a few metres from the complex, the Paseo Marítimo of Hospitalet de L'Infant begins. Almost reaching the Sports Port, on the beach, is the Chiringuito Sant Roc. It offers good fish, good prices and good service.
