• Does not include parking, but there is a free car park 2 minutes walking distance

• A deposit of €200 is required before check-in - we retain the deposit on the credit card (upon arrival or one day before), and it will be released up to 7 days after check-out.
The platform does not retain the security deposit and allows us to collect it directly from the guest. This information appears when confirming the booking. Thus, all bookings must pay the refundable deposit before or on the day of check-in.
