➡ The property includes a private annex/studio with an independent entrance that is not part of your booking and does not have access to the pool or the main house

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
A refundable security deposit of €400 is required before check-in – the amount will be held on your credit card (on the day of arrival or up to 24 hours before) and released up to 7 days after check-out.

This deposit is not processed by the platform but charged directly by us. This information will appear during the booking confirmation. Therefore, all reservations must pay the refundable deposit before or on the day of check-in.
