In addition, it is worth highlighting that it has a fully equipped gym and communal swimming pool, lift, internet access (wifi), hairdryer and covered parking in the same building.

Article 39. Within the pool area, the following rules must be strictly observed:
a) Smoking and/or vaping are expressly prohibited in any area of the pool, in accordance with the provisions and applicable legal provisions, especially for collective spaces.
b) Refrain from playing ball games or any other activity that may cause disturbance to other users.
c) Consuming food and drinks (except water in plastic containers) is prohibited within the pool area, and likewise, depositing any kind of waste or objects in the pool.
d) Similarly, musical instruments, radios, record players or any other sound reproduction devices that produce noise or disturbance to other users cannot be used.

We kindly request that for hygiene reasons, you remove trash and food remains on the day of check-out. Leaving more than two garbage bags will be penalised with an amount of 15 euros.
