It is set in a beautiful communal area with gardens, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball / football field and playground area for children. Parking included.
The apartment consists of a large living-dining room (satellite tv) with access to a large terrace overlooking the sea and the pool where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and washing machine located on a small balcony. It has 4 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed (150x190cm and 135x180cm), 1 with bunk beds (90x190cm) and 1 with a triple bunk bed (90x190cm), 2 renovated bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet.

Ideal apartment for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
