This charming finca is a paradise for children, thanks to the private pool and playground. It is located in Llubí, an authentic and peaceful area, and is ideal for up to 4 guests.
The private chlorine pool, measuring 5 x 4 meters, is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. The terrace provides plenty of space for sunbathing on one of the three loungers, playing table tennis, or enjoying a barbecue. The little ones will never get bored with the private playground, while adults can unwind in the chill-out area or enjoy a coffee in the barbecue zone.
The single-story house features a living-dining room with satellite TV and an open kitchen equipped with a stovetop and all necessary appliances. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both equipped with wardrobes and ceiling fans. The house also offers a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, free WiFi, and a wood-burning stove.
A 15-minute drive takes you to the coast and family-friendly beaches like Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. Llubí has restaurants and a small supermarket, while more services can be found in Inca or Sa Pobla. We recommend visiting the Tramuntana Mountains and the picturesque villages of Deià and Valldemossa. Every Wednesday, the Sineu market, the oldest on the island, takes place. A car is necessary.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax (Ecotasa), which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The cost is €2.20 per night per person in high season and €0.55 in low season. From the ninth night onwards, and only during the high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be collected before arrival via a secure payment link using a Visa/MasterCard. This payment is mandatory.
