Renovation works are ongoing in two apartments on the same floor. There may be noise during the day - we appreciate your understanding.

⚠️ Important Note:
A deposit of €200 is required before check-in – we will retain the amount on the credit card (upon arrival or one day before) and it will be released up to 7 days after check-out, provided no damage is found.
The platform does not retain the security deposit and allows us to collect it directly from the guest. This information will be presented at the time of booking confirmation. All bookings must pay the deposit before or on the day of check-in.
