The neighbourhood is the perfect option for residents and visitors, thanks to its extensive variety of shops and restaurants, as well as its typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces that guarantee a great experience for those who wish to get to know Madrid.
This area of the city is very well connected by public transport, with various bus stops and metro lines 2 and 5 that connect directly with Sol and Gran Vía, making it very quick and easy to reach the centre of Madrid.
The apartment:
Ideal for families wishing for a comfortable and convenient stay in an incomparable location, this cosy apartment with capacity for up to 6 people is situated in the interior part of the fourth floor of an old building completely renovated and with a lift.
It has a spacious and comfortable living-dining room with a Smart TV, a double sofa bed and a modern dining table. This space in turn integrates a pleasant American kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen utensils.
It has three comfortable bedrooms full of light that guarantee a relaxing environment for a good rest. Two of them have single beds, while the main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the flat has another full bathroom with a shower near the living room.
This accommodation has WiFi, heating and central air conditioning.

Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.

On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
