Located in the heart of the city. 3 minutes walk from Gran Vía, on Fuencarral Street, the most well-known and sought-after commercial street in Madrid. A pedestrian street with the best and most international commercial and dining offerings around it. Bordering the Chueca neighbourhood, Malasaña neighbourhood and La Latina.
The apartment:
A difficult accommodation to improve due to its large size, careful decoration, and accurate layout. A 300 m2 duplex penthouse with an outdoor terrace located in a listed building equipped with a lift.
With capacity for 11 people, it has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 toilets, 2 large separate living rooms, independent kitchen and a charming terrace to enjoy sunny afternoons and mornings.
On the ground floor are the common areas and the main bedroom. Entering to the right, there is an enormous living room decorated with three beautiful environments, flanked by two large palm trees that give it a summery feel. The living room receives a lot of natural light and has access to a terrace decorated with artificial grass and equipped with a small bench to sit on.
On the left, the kitchen can be seen, with a giant and beautiful dining table in a space decorated in vintage style and with a stylish wallpaper. Like a magazine.
Next is the television lounge, enormous, with a large L-shaped sofa for 7 people. A real luxury. Large Smart TV. Crossing this lounge is the main bedroom, with 2 separate walk-in wardrobes, very bright and calm and decorated with a four-poster bed of 160 x 200 cm. From this room, access is gained to an enormous bathroom with an independent toilet.
Returning to the entrance, we find the staircase accessing the second floor, an enormous and secure iron staircase that leads to a corridor from where the remaining 4 rooms and two bathrooms are distributed. 2 rooms with double beds of 150 x 200 cm and two others with single beds (one with 3 beds and another with 2). All rooms have been decorated thinking of the customer's greatest comfort: headboards, bedside tables, night lamps, beds and mattresses, all of the best quality. All rooms have wardrobes or shelves. The bathrooms have bathtub and shower.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.
