This cosy apartment, located right in the city centre, is undoubtedly an excellent option for those who want to spend some unforgettable days in Madrid.

Ready to accommodate 6 people, this flat offers comfort and plenty of light in its 85m2. Decorated following a rustic but elegant line, it is ideal for those who enjoy attic spaces. The living room, where a combination of reds and whites is used in the furniture, and with an orange wall to provide a sense of warmth and spaciousness, features a plasma TV and DVD, as well as air conditioning. Next, we find the dining room, simple but with plenty of clarity. Subsequently, there is a games area, a very unique detail that will be greatly appreciated by families with young children. The two bedrooms have double beds and, as can be seen in the photos, are comfortable rooms where the visitor can rest very comfortably after a hectic day exploring the city. In a space that for lovers of the oriental may be the most attractive part of this apartment, we find a futon where two people can rest. The bathroom, with blue and white tiles, completes the layout of this pleasant apartment. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 100 metres of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
