It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscape space populated with almond trees and cedars that surround a century-old palace. Nearby is the Canillejas park, with an open-air auditorium where pop music concerts and a cultural festival are held in September. There are several places of worship, such as the Parish of Santa María la Blanca, famous for its wooden ceiling engraved with intricate Mudéjar-style motifs, the Metropolitano Stadium - the training base of one of Spain's best teams – Atlético Madrid and site of the most important matches, Parque La Quinta de los Molinos with its spectacular almond trees in bloom during springtime. Just a few metres away is the Canillejas bus interchange that takes you to any point in Madrid in moments.

Metropolitan is a spacious and welcoming apartment that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of the highest qualities. Decorated with a modern and comfortable style, seeking comfortable and very practical spaces without opting for a specific style in order to please all types of clients.
The apartment is on the third floor with stunning views from the bright living room that overlooks the bus interchange square. The living room has a double sofa bed and a SmartTV where you can connect accounts such as Netflix, Prime Video, HBO and etc. There is also an Air Conditioning. You can access the jewel of the apartment - the terrace to enjoy the views of the neighbourhood.
The main bedroom is exterior and is connected to the living room, it is very bright and has a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe to store clothes and an air conditioning unit. The other two bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen overlook interior courtyards, resulting in a very quiet and silent apartment. One of the bedrooms has two comfortable single beds, a desk, air conditioning and a wardrobe, the other also has two single beds that can be joined together for greater comfort, an air conditioning unit, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The bathrooms are recently renovated in a modern and clean style that offers a great look of hygiene.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
