This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from the La Latina metro station[hidden] La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are completely innovative[hidden] It is the ideal place to have a snack on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market[hidden]

The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift[hidden]
Upon entering, on the right-hand side, is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; on the left-hand side is the first double bedroom with two single beds[hidden]
Next, you can enjoy a living room decorated with great taste and equipped with a single leather sofa bed[hidden]
The night area has two additional double bedrooms, both with a double bed and decorated with a lovely design in light colours[hidden]
The bathroom is modern and has a shower[hidden]

There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning only in the living room[hidden]
The cot is subject to availability[hidden] Please advise at the latest 5 days in advance[hidden]
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM[hidden]

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 150 metres of the apartment[hidden]

To be taken into account:
