A very charming farmhouse that wisely blends rustic style with contemporary touches and colour.
The house consists of a very bright ground floor with a comfortable living room with sofa, wifi, Tv-Sat, etc... A dining room with a large table, near the kitchen and an independent kitchen with gas hob and fully equipped.
It has four bedrooms, three of them with double beds and the other with two single beds. Two full bathrooms with shower. There is air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms, the others have ceiling fans.
From the kitchen and living room, you can access the well-maintained terraces, with sunbed area, porches, barbecue, a garden with play area and of course the swimming pool.
All of this merged with the charm of Mallorcan villas and relaxation.
