House with shared pool next to the beach of Cala Romantica (200m) for up to 3 people with BBQ and all modern comforts

Casa Josemar is a property located only 300m from the beach of Cala Romantica, a white sand beach and crystal clear waters in Manacor area. Providing free WiFi and Satellite TV, the property also has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool that is shared with the neighbours, private barbecue facilities and well manteined private garden. All our guests have unlimited and free access to the comunity swimming pool and terraces (timetable 8am to 10pm). This holiday home has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cortesy toilet, and can accommodate up to 3 people (plus an extra child upon request). The property is well maintained ant tastefully decorated throughout.
On the first floor, there is 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. In the main room there is a double bed. In the second room there are bunk beds (2m long). On the groundfloor you will find the lounge, with direct access to the terrace and private garden, the kitchen and also a cortesy toilet.
On the porched terrace you can enjoy a barbeque and outdoor dinning furniture.
All our guests have unlimited and free access to the comunity swimming pool and terraces. The hours of use of the pool and community areas are from 8am to 10pm.
We offer a secure private parking space available to our guests.
Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October). All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check in. Courtesy hydrogel available to our customers.
Nearby are some of the best coves and beaches in Mallorca: Cala Murta, Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia and Cala Varques. 8 kms from the house are the famous Caves of Drach. PLaces of interest near by are: Porto Cristo and its beautiful natural port. Rafael Nadal museum and sports centre is also 10 km away.
Other advantages: Distance to the airport: 60 km. Distance to Palma: 65 km Golf courses: Vall d'Or Golf at 10 kms. Transports.- Taxis in Cala Mendia (3 kms) and bus stop in S'Estany den Mas, next to the house.
