The property, approximately 150m² and spread over three floors, offers all comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, there is an open-space area with a living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and access to a private north-facing patio with a barbecue, dishwasher, outdoor shower, table, and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals. On the first floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms, both with double beds, built-in wardrobes, and balconies facing north and south.
