area. It is the perfect place for families with childeren thanks to its big
communal pool at just a few meters away. It is an economic holiday home, at
just 10 minutes driving you find the coast, for example Moraira, a little
fishing village with fine sable sand beaches, restaurants and shops.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels, big terraces
with outside furniture and sun beds, amazing views to the valley. The
accommodation offers privacy and a beautiful lawned communal garden with trees.
