This is a beautiful rental located just 3 km from the center of Moraira and its beaches and all kinds of services. There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, scuba diving, jet sky, etc., perfect for relaxing with a view of the Mediterranean landscape of this famous holiday resort. The residence has a community swimming pool and parking at the entrance, in the street. You enter a comfortable living / dining room with Sat + TV + DVD and a fully equipped kitchenette, which leads to a balcony with a dining table. There you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Moraira coast. In the villa there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, which share a shower / WC. From the balcony a staircase leads to a private garden terrace with built-in barbecue and access to the laundry room and toilet. The community pool is 40 meters from the bungalow at the end of the street. It is not crowded and enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and the Cap d'Or de Moraira.
