Description of the accommodation

Beautiful two bedrooms rustic property, with stone walls, with beautiful views to the countryside, sited in Teulada, on an area surrounded by country houses, in a very quiet and calm street. The closest beach is Cala Baladrar, in Benissa Costa, which is approximately 4 kilometers distance . In Benissa city, if you arrive by car, you can find lots of supermarkets ( there is also an Iceland ). The area is surrounded of wonderful restaurants where you can enjoy the appreciated Spanish gastronomy. From Villa Llagrima, you can get around the cities of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira in few minutes. The house is a country house inside a fenced plot, upon entering, there is a road that leads to a lower level where is a cover parking space for two cars ( although there is enough space at the entrance of the property for more cars ). Then you find the swimming pool (not heating option), with beautiful views of the countryside, there is an outdoor shower and hammock from where to enjoy the relaxing landscape. Next to the pool there is an outdoor table with space for six people sheltered by the shade of a large tree and a barbecue with sink. The house is a charming little house with thick stone walls, as soon as you enter there is the living room, with a wooden table with space for six people, although it is extendable, and a wood-burning fireplace, on the left is the kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, gas oven, microwave, kettle, American coffee maker, cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, pans, etc) there is also a pantry. Next to the kitchen there is the bathroom , with a glass-enclosed shower, and a sink with a cupboard. If we go back to the dining room, we go ahead and there is the living room, with air conditioning unit, television, Wi-Fi, DVD, two armchairs and a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a television cabinet. To the right there is a door that leads to the main room, with a double bed, side tables, closet with sink, air conditioning unit, a radiator and a wooden and glass door through which you can go outside, there is also a closet for clothes. On the other side of the living room, there is a small bedroom, with a single bed, wardrobe and a small desk and radiator. All windows have mosquito nets and bars, they also have wooden shutters to sleep. As a resume, Villa Llagrima is the ideal house to spend a relaxing vacation away from the noise of the city but very closed to all amenities.
