Beautiful villa located in Moraira, 500 meters from L'Ampolla beach, so you can easily walk. The villa is located in a very quiet residential area, very close to the town and with easy walking access to supermarkets and restaurants and very close from the cities of Calpe and Javea. The villa is located on a fenced plot of land, as soon as you enter, there is a large area to park the cars, surrounded by plants and trees that give a very pleasant shade, if we continue along the path, we go down a small slope and to the right there is a built-in barbecue, and nest to it is the pool ( with no heating option ) with views to the rest of the urbanizations and the mountains, with has umbrellas and sunbeds to relax and sunbathe, on the right there is a restroom, with sink and toilet and behind the toilet is an outside shower . The house has a second floor (below the first and at ground level) but it is private and closed for the personal belongings of the owners, only the first floor is rented. The whole plot in this property is surrounded by a landscaped area with trees, plants, cactus and flowers, there is also a fairly large pine tree at the front of the house that provides a very pleasant shade in the afternoon.
