Villa Hope is a beautiful villa for 6 guests in Moraira (Costa Blanca), ideal for a family or reduced group of friends. The property is about an hour from Alicante's Airport, 600 meters from a shopping centre with many supermarkets, and 2.5km from the sea and the city center where you will find a wide range of leisure activities for children and adults, bars, restaurants, shops, water activities ideal for sea lovers, also, the large number of mountains throughout the area will delight the most sporty. If on the other hand you are looking to relax and forget the noise and stress of the city, Moraira is the perfect place, you can lose yourself in one of the many coves along the coast, from Benitachell to Calpe. A perfect plan for the whole family. The house, nicely decorated, has a cozy living-dining room with fireplace, sofas, coffee table, dining table and television, through the living room you can access to a beautiful covered terrace. This terrace has a comfortable rocking chair for two people, where you can have a relaxing chat enjoying the Mediterranean breeze, and a dining table to eat enjoying the beautiful sea views from the terrace. It also has an independent kitchen very well equipped with everything necessary: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kitchenware, crockery, glassware, etc..., as well as three bedrooms (two of them with double bed and another one with a bunk bed for two people), and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower and screen, one of the bathrooms is en suite. Outside the house, there is a large terrace with private swimming pool, sun beds, shower, outdoor dining table as well as a small stone table and benches and barbecue area with bar and sink. It has a small wooded area and numerous plants, flowers and well-kept garden areas that provide a lot of privacy. There is parking space inside the plot.
