Beautiful rustic Mediterranean-style villa located in one of the best areas of Moraira, 950m from the sandy beach of Playa Moraira and about 750m from the beautiful Cala Andragó, close to beach bars and trendy places. The center of Moraira is also very close to just a couple of kilometers where you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, shops as well as the best restaurants in the area where you can enjoy our wonderful cuisine and entertainment venues to go out and have fun. In Moraira you will also find an amusement park for the fun of the smallest of the house. Villa Andragó is a large estate with capacity for 8 people, surrounded by pine trees among which the Mediterranean Sea timidly peeks out, with a fantastic private pool (unheated). The house has television via internet (no antenna) is divided into three floors: on the central floor we find a spacious living room with a fully equipped semi-independent kitchen, the living room opens onto a huge balcony where you can eat or simply relax and sit and enjoy a good book or a glass of wine. On this same floor we find a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Next to the staircase that gives access to the upper floor we will also find a bathroom. On the upper floor we have three bedrooms plus one of them also with an en-suite bathroom, two with double beds and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have access to a charming balcony. On this same floor we have another bathroom and a toilet. Outside the central floor we will find the barbecue area where you can enjoy lunch and/or dinner, as well as wonderful evenings in summer; and the villa's swimming pool, measuring 10x5, with several hammocks to relax and sunbathe and garden furniture to enjoy the splendid temperatures of the Costablanca. The entire house is surrounded by a garden and a large pine forest, the entire area is fenced. And in the enclosure but outdoors there are parking spaces for three vehicles. Villa Andragó offers you everything you need to enjoy a holiday in the company of family or friends.
