• Guests have exclusive access to the accommodation and its private terraces.
• By choosing to stay with us, you have selected a private accommodation registered in Portugal as AL (Local Accommodation), and not a hotel. Therefore, you will not find the same hotel amenities and services.
• We kindly ask that you treat the space with the same care and affection you would have for your own home.

🏠 House Rules

• The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind.
• We ask that house rules and neighbourhood rest are always respected.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

🧭 Access and Movement (Important Information)

Armona Island is a car-free paradise. Movement is done only on foot.
• Arrival at the Island: Access is made solely by sea (Ferry from Olhão or Sea Taxi).
• From the Pier to the House: The property is 800 metres from the boarding pier. Please ensure you have the physical capacity to walk and transport your luggage/shopping to the house, as there are no support vehicles.

Important: Guests are responsible for checking boat times for the crossing (Summer/Winter). We cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or crossing cancellations.

Services not included may have an additional cost between 30 to 150 euros such as:
• For door opening (forgetting or losing keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services not mentioned in the information.

A refundable deposit (if there are no serious damages) of 300 euros is requested, to be paid before check-in via credit card. The refund will be made after check-out, final cleaning, and property inspection.

The Municipality of Olhão requires all guests to pay a tourist tax of €1.00 per person/night, including children from 13 years old (up to a maximum of 5 nights) between 1 Nov. and 31 Mar. and €2.00 between 1 Apr. and 31 Oct.

Mandatory services to be paid on-site:
