The fully equipped kitchen invites you to create delicious meals, while the double bedroom ensures peaceful nights. The bathroom, complete with all amenities, ensures your comfort. For your convenience, the flat has air conditioning, a dishwasher, Smart TV with channels and Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The flat also offers access to amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV.
The Neighborhood:
Rua Júlio Dinis, in Porto, is a perfect starting point for exploring the city. Just a few steps away, the Bom Sucesso Market offers a variety of gastronomic options and local products. Enjoy the tranquillity of the Crystal Palace Gardens, with their views of the Douro River, just a short distance away. The Casa da Música and the Soares dos Reis National Museum, just a few minutes' walk away, enrich your cultural experience. The Casa da Música metro station, 7 minutes away, provides easy access to other areas of the city. The street combines local life with proximity to tourist attractions, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay.

Getting Around:
To explore the city, Casa da Música underground station is less than a 10-minute walk away, offering access to several lines. Paid parking is available nearby. Porto Airport (OPO) is approximately 15 minutes away by car or 30 minutes by underground.

Important note: There is ongoing construction near the apartment, which causes noise 24/7. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. As such, we adhere to a transparency policy to ensure our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated ([hidden], the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
In case you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to unlock the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 [hidden] If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee on request.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a utility and internet/TV package limit of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property, as requested, to carry out property inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
