[hidden]LARGE PRIVATE POOL WITH GARDEN, BARBECUE, KITCHEN AND DINING AREA OUTDOORS. 10 BEDROOMS AND CAPACITY UP TO 20 PEOPLE.· Perfect house for a large family holiday or for several families who want to enjoy their holidays together. · The house is located in the residential area of Sant Genís de Palafolls, near the beaches of the Costa Brava (Blanes, Lloret, Tossa de Mar) and the Barcelona Coast (Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna, Calella). · The property has a 1,300m² garden with a large 10m x 5m saltwater pool, without chlorine, which is maintained all year round. Sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxing. The garden maintenance person is housed in an annexed house on the same plot.· Next to the pool there is a new kitchen (opened in 2019) and a large 80m² dining area for eating together outdoors. · The property has a charcoal barbecue for cooking good grilled meat. · There is a shower bathroom next to the pool.· Inside the house there are three large and independent dwellings, with 10 bedrooms and capacity up to 20 people*· By going up the exterior staircase (see photo) you access the 3 dwellings. Two dwellings are located on the first floor and one dwelling is located on the second floor. · The first dwelling has 4 bedrooms with capacity for 8 people. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Living room with TV and 60m² terrace with sea and mountain views. New kitchen equipped with appliances. 2 complete bathrooms recently renovated.· The second and third dwellings each have 3 bedrooms with capacity for 6 people. 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with single beds. Spacious living room with TV. Simple kitchen with appliances. 1 complete bathroom in each apartment.· Free Wi-Fi internet.· The house has no heating and no air conditioning. There are duvets and fans. · A car is necessary because the house is located in an urbanisation and there is no public transport. · Free outdoor parking inside or outside on the street in front of the property. · The house is located near the C-32 motorway and well connected by road. Only 45 minutes from the city of Barcelona by car and 30 minutes from Girona by car.· Only 20 minutes by car from the beaches of Blanes and Malgrat de Mar. · 10 minutes by car there are shops, outlet stores of major brands, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Palafolls.· The 2 airports near the house are Girona-Costa Brava airport (30 minutes by car) and Barcelona-El Prat airport (1 hour by car).. Barbecue Use:The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to fire risk.Come and enjoy your holidays! - Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during your stay. Check-in: · The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old. · It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted. · Key collection is done at our office from 16:00 to 19:00 Carrer de les Antilles [hidden] Lloret de Mar. Late arrival and departure: · Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payable upon arrival) · Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payable upon arrival) · Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box at the office at no cost. · Not showing up on the check-in day, no refund of the booking will be made. · Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1 per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights. Cleaning: . The house must be properly tidied, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in street containers before check-out, otherwise a €100 fee will be charged from the guarantee deposit. IMPORTANT: In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit. Beach towels are not provided. Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking payable upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician. Rules: · Guests accept to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning. · Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property. · Pets are allowed, with an extra cost of €6/pet/day, for stays over 7 nights the maximum price will be €42/pet/booking. · Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. - Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during the stay.
