This beautiful villa is located between Sa Pobla and Can Picafort, in a very peaceful rural area. Spacious and elegant, it offers everything you need for a special family holiday.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with access to the terrace and pool. Upstairs, you'll find the remaining bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

The exterior invites you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate: a large swimming pool with sun loungers, a built-in barbecue, and a ping-pong table to guarantee memorable moments.

This wonderful property is a 5-minute drive from Sa Pobla and 10 minutes from Can Picafort and its spectacular sandy beach. Sa Pobla is a peaceful village with a vibrant character. In the main square, the heart of the town, you'll find numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants. Dining at any of these establishments and savoring typical Mallorcan cuisine is a treat you shouldn't miss. Furthermore, the weekly market is held every Sunday in the same square, where you'll find fresh fruits and vegetables, a wide variety of cheeses and cured meats, and handicrafts. During July and January, the town celebrates its patron saint festivals with numerous activities for the whole family, and in August, the International Jazz Festival is a must-see for music lovers.

Air conditioning:

Regarding air conditioning, the accommodation has two air conditioning appliances on the ground floor, in each wing of the property, and two air conditioning appliances on the first floor, also in each wing of the property, one of these two located in the corridor leading to the upstairs rooms.
