Can Montis is a modern house with a private shallow swimming pool. It is located on a quiet residential street in the trendy Santa Catalina area of Palma. The house has 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been decorated with all modern amenities: air conditioning / latest generation heating system with built-in air purifier, fireplace in the living room, Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen... Large patio doors that can be opened to connect the exterior and interior of the house.
The sunny patio is completed with comfortable outdoor furniture and sun loungers, it is perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The shallow pool is ideal for sitting and relaxing on a hot day. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find yourself in the centre of Santa Catalina, a very lively and popular area, full of restaurants and bars. The heart of Palma and its shopping district are also a short distance away.
We encourage all our guests to make responsible use of electricity: the first 150kw are included in the rental price.
The ecological tax / tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged to all adult guests at €2.2 per person per night (May to October) and at €0.55 the rest of the year.
