- You shall be responsible for the rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate the rubbish in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated location.

- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.

- It is not permitted to hold parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
