The space

With 300 m² of comfort, the villa has six spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two spacious living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to enjoy meals with family and/or friends. The kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchenware.

The dining room opens onto a panoramic terrace with an independent swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, side tables and an outdoor dining area, ideal for outdoor evenings. The wooden barbecue with its own terrace allows you to prepare delicious grilled meals while enjoying the surroundings.

The inner courtyard offers an intimate corner with a table and chairs, as well as a perfect porch for summer afternoons. The villa also has two upper terraces with clear views and a private garden with fruit trees and native flora surrounding the property.

All rooms and lounges have individual air conditioning, spacious wardrobes and wifi. Each bathroom includes a hairdryer, gel, soap and towels.

The Area

Located in a quiet residential area of Palmanova, the villa enjoys a peaceful and safe setting, ideal for families and groups seeking relaxation while staying close to all amenities. Within a few minutes you will find white sandy beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and seaside promenades, as well as excellent connections to Palma and other parts of the island.

The check-in from 8:00 PM will have an extra cost of €50 and from 11:00 PM, €100, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

*This property is located in a residential area, so guests are requested to show responsibility, respect towards neighbours and avoid disturbing noise.

Rules:

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, you can smoke outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.

- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.

- You shall be responsible for the rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate the rubbish in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated location.

- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.

- It is not permitted to hold parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
