Casa Elena is a spacious, comfortable and more classic-style accommodation, located on the well-known Limones Street, in the heart of Playa Blanca. Its privileged location allows you to enjoy the seafront promenade, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlours, excursion centres and all the services of the town on foot. The property is located on the ground floor of the building —with access via stairs— and stands out for its charming glazed gallery with fabulous sea views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the luminosity of the coast.

Space and Distribution
Casa Elena has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. It has two bathrooms with shower, equipped with a hair dryer, magnifying mirror and high-quality amenities, such as gel/shampoo dispensers and moisturising lotion.

The kitchen, with an American bar and fully equipped, integrates with the spacious dining room, offering a cosy and practical space for short or extended stays. The gallery with sea views is one of the most special corners of the house, perfect for reading, resting or enjoying the sea breeze. The property has WiFi connection and a safe.

Air Conditioning
The house has air conditioning through a coin-operated system which the guest must credit at their own cost, which allows it to be used freely by making low-cost top-ups each time one wishes to activate cold or hot air.

Included Amenities
The accommodation is delivered with bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen cloths. In the bathrooms you will find hand soap and dispensers of gel/shampoo and moisturising lotion.
An extra set of towels and sheets is also provided for greater comfort.

Upon arrival, you will find a welcome package that includes water, milk, coffee and tea, sweet and savoury biscuits, half a bottle of local wine and a small cleaning kit. This is a self-service property, so initial items are not replenished during the stay.

For families with children, we offer a Baby Pack (cot, high chair, portable bathtub, sheets, blanket, towel, shower kit and children's crockery), available at an additional cost and upon request.

Check-in Process
After confirming your booking, you will need to complete an online check-in, a mandatory step before arrival. This process will generate your digital key, which is essential for accessing the accommodation, as physical keys are not used.

Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out must be completed before 11:00. We do not have a physical reception, but we are always available before and during your stay for any queries or assistance you may need.

Cleaning
The house is delivered clean and prepared for your stay, with a fixed cost included in the reservation.
If you wish to request additional cleaning service during your stay, you can request it in advance and an extra cost will be applied.

Playa Blanca is an excellent starting point for exploring the island. We recommend booking a car in advance due to high demand.
