In addition, the accommodation is just a few metres from the seafront, perfect for walking along the ocean at sunset, and just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Playa Dorada, one of the area's favourites. And if you fancy discovering even more spectacular landscapes, in just 15 minutes by car you can reach the famous Papagayo beaches, true natural jewels with turquoise waters.

The duplex is designed so that you feel at home from the very first moment. On the ground floor, you will find the day area, a cosy and functional space where you can relax after exploring the island. The fully equipped American kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals: fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and complete kitchenware. You will also find a toaster, juicer and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, perfect for starting each morning with good coffee and energy.

The lounge, with a comfortable sofa, television and free WiFi, is the ideal corner to relax, watch a film or plan your next adventure in Lanzarote. On this same floor there is also a practical toilet, very comfortable for day-to-day life.

On the upper floor, you will find the rest area, with two cosy rooms designed to ensure a restful sleep. The main bedroom has a double bed, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, while the second bedroom has a comfortable single bed and a private balcony, ideal for enjoying fresh air in the morning or in the late afternoon. On this floor, you will also find the full bathroom with a shower tray and hairdryer.

To make your stay even more comfortable, the accommodation provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board, fan, bed linen and towels, including beach towels, so you can travel light and without worries.
