The property has 160 m² built on a spacious plot of 900 m² and features three double-bedded rooms and two bathrooms, one en suite with a shower and another with a bathtub. It offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including high-speed WiFi with Movistar, heating throughout the house, air conditioning in the living room and one of the main bedrooms, fans, washing machine, dryer and a fully equipped gas kitchen with Italian and American coffee makers, oven, microwave and kettle. The living-dining room has a Smart TV and direct access to the outside, where the large private swimming pool of 12 x 5 metres with different depths stands out, surrounded by six sunbeds and a gas barbecue area ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The property, which also has solar panels and free outdoor parking, is perfect for those looking to relax by the sea and enjoy the tranquillity of the Mallorcan coast.

The exteriors of this charming coastal house invite relaxation. Its spacious chlorine pool, 12 x 5 metres and with a depth between 1.4 and 2.2 metres, stands out as perfect for a refreshing swim after sunbathing on one of the six loungers or after a day at the beach. You will also find an outdoor shower at your disposal. Next to the pool, a furnished area with a table and chairs is ideal for enjoying a delicious breakfast or a dinner prepared on the gas barbecue. As night falls, the glazed terrace becomes the perfect corner to share pleasant moments in a more comfortable and sheltered environment.

From the enclosed terrace, you can directly access the interior, where the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, oven, table with chairs and everything necessary, will allow you to prepare your best recipes. The living-dining room, cosy and air-conditioned, invites you to relax watching television or chatting in good company. The house has three bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and fans; one of them also has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom, with a bathtub, serves the rest of the house. For those travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available. The laundry area, with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, is located on the terrace.

Badia Blava is a tranquil coastal urbanisation, ideal for those seeking to combine rest and sea. The nearest sandy beach is S'Arenal, while the spectacular rocky cliffs and crystal-clear waters are just a short walk from the house. Very close by is also Cala Blava, a small cove of great charm that is worth visiting. From this location, you can easily access the entire Bay of Palma, with a wide range of services, and enjoy a varied gastronomic offering, bars, supermarkets and shops both in the surroundings and in the city.

The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per person per night (adults only).
