Spacious apartment with capacity for up to 6 people. Located in front of the Fishing Port of Roses, a quiet area but at the same time central. Just 300 meters away you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood in the Bay of Roses and sandy beaches with one of the most crystalline waters of the entire Girona Coast are less than 5 minutes by car. Ideal for couples to enjoy the many possibilities that the Costa Brava offers. IMPORTANT : CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through Whatsapp, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining,  sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection. When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage. The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1,10 Euros per person and per day. PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 20 Euros per pet for the whole stay.
