Villa Roses, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - ES-319-6

Beautiful and spacious three-story townhouse in a residence with a communal swimming pool (open all year), 700 meters from one of Roses’ most beautiful and popular beaches (Cala Canyelles Petites) and 2,000 meters from the center of Roses, accommodating 2–6 guests.

The house is distributed in:

* Bedroom with double bed (150 cm), air conditioning, and sea views

* Full bathroom with bathtub

* Private parking for 2 cars (access via the parking lot)

Middle floor:

* Room with bunk bed and sea views

* Room with 2 single beds with balcony access and sea views

Located a 10-minute walk from Canyelles Beach (a natural sandy beach with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery open in season).

The center of Roses is about a 15-minute walk away, offering a wide variety of shops, services, and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialities. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.
