Situated in the center of Roses, just 250 meters from the beach and close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, butcher shops, fish market...), it can accommodate up to 4 people.

* Bright living-dining room with a sofa bed, TV with Spanish and French channels(TNT SAT), and air conditioning.

* Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster.

* Full bathroom with bathtub.

* Private parking space in the same building, direct access by elevator.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers.
