Everything you need to enjoy an incredible vacation. Relax on the spacious terrace facing the private pool, which is fenced to ensure the safety of the little ones. The terrace is equipped with a table and sofas so you can enjoy your outdoor meal with a view of the sea. No need to worry about the heat, as all the rooms and the living room are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets. Additionally, we also have a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. Stay connected during your stay with our Wi-Fi connection and Smart TV so you can keep up with all your favorite shows! For added convenience, the house also features outdoor parking for two cars within the property with an automatic fence, a barbecue and a ping pong table (To get the ping-pong paddles, simply head to our office, and we'll be happy to provide them for you. ) The pool does not have lighting for the night. If you have questions such as: Is electricity included? Due to the significant increase in energy costs, the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15 kWh per day. If this limit is exceeded, additional kWh will be charged at the current market price, as indicated in the rental contract. What size is the pool? It measures 4x8m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m. Who takes care of pool maintenance? The pool man comes by once a week. How are the beds? There are 6 beds of 90x190m.
