"Family holiday home in the Mas Fumats neighborhood on the Costa Brava, Roses. With a pool and stunning views of the bay of Roses. 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of them en-suite, another bathroom with shower and a toilet, the renovated open kitchen in 2022 with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and kitchen utensils, Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ... Dutch TV and some German and English channels, wifi, fenced parking for 2 cars and a barbecue area. It is distributed over two floors, on the main floor, living room, kitchen and en-suite bedroom and on the lower floor the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom and access to the pool.
