Book your holiday in this beautiful villa now! The villa is owned by Dutch owners and has been taken care of down to the last detail. On the upper floor you will find a spacious living room and open kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, oven etc. The spacious master bedroom (with air conditioning) with modern bathroom en suite is also located on this floor. There is also a guest toilet. Over the entire width of the house and adjacent to the living / dining room and master bedroom there is a partially covered terrace from where you have a fantastic view over the bay of Roses. An external staircase leads to the terrace and the private pool which is located on the ground floor. Here is more than enough space to relax in the Spanish sun! If it does get too hot, there is also a covered area that offers sufficient shade. On the ground floor of the villa and also accessible via an internal staircase there are 2 more bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a storage room where you will find the washing machine.
