Absolutely beautiful countryside villa, ideal for retreats and family gatherings and celebrations, located near Pollensa in a quiet area with lovely views. The house has plenty of outdoor space, lovely terraces, private swimming-pool and tennis court, as well as a very well kept garden. A large sun deck borders the generously sized swimming-pool where you will also find a lawn area. Pollensa town is only a 5 minutes drive away and you have several excellent beaches in the area to choose from. The interior is light and spacious with hand picked furniture and an overall homely feel. The house is fully air-conditioned and you will find both Satellite TV and internet (WiFi). There are 5 double bedrooms in the villa and two twin rooms, all light and inviting and provided with wardrobes. The lounge/dining room is large and has direct access out onto the main terrace. There is also a separate dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and has plenty of storage space. The barbecue invites to relaxed meals al fresco. This astonishing property is the perfect setting for a family gathering in a privileged area.
