- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Access to the spa is prohibited for children under 14 and must be accompanied by an adult. In low season, the hours are from 16:00 to 20:00 and closed on Mondays. Use is limited to one hour per person per day, subject to availability, and the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. The indoor pool has a maximum capacity, so the centre may limit the length of stay if this limit is exceeded. To access the gym, sports clothing is mandatory (it is forbidden to enter with flip-flops and without a shirt). The paddle area is open during the same hours as the gym. Paddle courts have a supplement and must be booked in advance.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments.
