Villa Sa Pleta is a fantastic villa with a private pool for up to 12 people located in a privileged rural setting near Petra in Mallorca. The Villa has air conditioning and heating (through air ducts) everywhere.

Outside, garden care and a wide, sunny terrace that is complemented by a covered brick barbecue, an outdoor dining area and a beautiful swimming pool. Beautiful sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool. The pool is perfect for all ages, as it has an attached and safe children's area, which is very shallow, perfect for small children.

The house is a traditional Mallorcan construction. It has been decorated with the utmost attention to detail in the traditional Mallorcan style.
Inside, a lovely entrance hall welcomes you and leads you to the main living room, with comfortable sofas and some armchairs surrounding the fireplace. An independent dining room provides access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances.

On the ground floor, there are 6 spacious double bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. There are a total of 6 bathrooms, all with shower and bathtub. There is also a courtesy bathroom.
Beautifully handmade wooden banisters on the stairs lead to the main dwelling, with beautiful large windows that allow you to enjoy the beautiful view of the Mallorcan countryside.
The property has free access to a tennis court, which is located a short distance away, just a 5-minute walk. This tennis court is shared with some other properties in the area, so you must book a time slot to ensure your playing time. In the surrounding fields, there is also an enclosure with donkeys, we wish they will be very friendly and will enjoy a family visit to have a pet.

The eco-tax (tourist tax) is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (from May to October) and €0.55 for the rest of the year.
