Sol Garajau Apartment by Atlantic Holiday welcomes you to a calm and comfortable stay in Caniço, on Madeira Island. Designed for up to three guests, this apartment offers a relaxed atmosphere where couples, families or friends can enjoy a pleasant break close to the sea and local attractions. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the living area includes a sofa that can host one additional guest.

The bathroom has a shower, and all bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed for everyday meals, including fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, cutlery, plates and other useful items that make cooking straightforward during your stay. Guests also have access to a washing machine, a hairdryer and a Smart TV with a box for entertainment.

A baby cot and a baby chair are available on request, offering convenience for those travelling with children. Parking is simple, thanks to a private space in the building’s garage reserved for one car.

The apartment is located less than five minutes by car from restaurants, supermarkets and several amenities, allowing you to explore the area with ease. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00, giving you flexibility on the day of arrival. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.

We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
