The house is located between Santa Margalida (northern Mallorca) and Can Picafort. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy the calm - thanks to its rural location, only 6 km from the sea. Vernissa is a Majorcan style house with a swimming pool and a private garden surrounded by trees and shrubs that provide a pleasant shade.

Distribution
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with satellite TV, a dining room with a beautiful wooden table for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with a double bed, and a bathroom. A kitchen, a wood stove and a barbecue. Here you can dine al fresco.
Around the pool you will find loungers, an umbrella, chairs and a table.

Comfort and services:
Internet WiFi, washing machine, iron, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, satellite TV. The property has bed linen and towels.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
