Located in Sencelles, an authentic Mallorcan village situated in the heart of the island, perfect for those seeking tranquillity and local essence. Its traditional streets, local gastronomy, and central location make it the ideal spot to explore Mallorca while enjoying the calm and charm of Mediterranean life.

Its exterior features a large terrace, where you will find a wonderful swimming pool with views of our orange grove, the fruit of which is at your disposal so that you can refresh yourself with a delicious natural juice. Additionally, the property has a barbecue and outdoor furniture so that you can make the most of your stay in Mallorca and its warm temperatures.

The interior features a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living-dining room with all necessary amenities, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with two single beds and another with a double bed), a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet.

As previously mentioned, it is located in Sencelles, a small town of barely 3,000 inhabitants that still preserves the typical Mallorcan houses, with stone streets and beautiful surrounding fields. Sencelles has two small supermarkets, despite this, the city of Inca is just 10 minutes by car, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. On the other hand, Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia and Can Picafort, with extensive kilometres of white sand and crystal-clear waters, are located just 30 minutes from the estate.
