Cleaning fees (includes bath and pool towels and sheets):

* Up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: 400 euros.

* 2 weeks: Mid‑stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): 100 euros + final cleaning: 400
euros.

* 3 weeks: Two mid‑stay cleanings: 100 euros each + final cleaning: 400 euros.

Tourist tax: 1 euro per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of stay.

Low season (October to April): Heating: 300 euros/week

Additional guest supplement (from 8+ guests): 20 euros per person/day

Monthly stays: utilities (water, electricity, gas): 800 euros (based on
actual consumption)

Late check‑in: 20:00–24:00: supplement 45 euros. After 24:00: supplement 70
euros.

Security deposit: 1,000 euros.

If the stay is shorter than 1 week, Weekly Villas will apply surcharges.
