* Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: 350 €.

* 2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): 100 € + Final cleaning: 350 €.

* 3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: 100 € each + Final cleaning: 350 €.

Supplement of 30 €/person/day starting from 10 people.

Tourist tax:

1 € per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of the stay.

Low season (October to April):

* Weekly stays: Monthly provision for utilities (water, electricity, gas):
300 €, adjusted to actual consumption.

* Monthly stays: Monthly provision: 800 €, adjusted to actual consumption.

* From 20:00 to 24:00: supplement of 45 €.

* After 24:00: supplement of 70 €.
