The Ses Arcades 10 apartment is located in a complex of 15 apartments with a communal swimming pool and garden. Currently, the apartment consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is distributed over four levels.

On the main floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an American bar. It has a microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, capsule coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Table for four people.

The ground floor has the living room with 2 sofas, TV, WiFi for clients and a large glass wall with access to the terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and including an umbrella for shade. The terrace has views of the sea and the communal swimming pool with private access to the common areas.

On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms with a single bed each and on the upper floor you will find the master bedroom and the bathroom.
