Beautiful house with large terrace. The house, distributed over two floors, has a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living-dining room with access to the terrace, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

Moreover, if you wish to enjoy wonderful family holidays, this property is ideal for you, as it features a children's room that also includes a ping pong table for all ages to enjoy.

On its exterior, as previously mentioned, there is the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs so that you can enjoy an aperitif with your family or friends, as well as several sun loungers so that they can relax under the sun. At your disposal, in addition, you will find a barbecue.

The house is located in Son Serra, one of the beaches that still retain that paradisiacal charm typical of virgin beaches; crystal-clear waters, several kilometres of white sand, a beautiful natural environment but with some amenities.
The beach is located to the east of the island in Alcudia Bay and 10 km from Can Picafort.
