House with sunny terraces and garden, located just a 5-minute walk from the unspoilt beach of Son Serra de Marina, in the north of the island and 50 km from the airport. The house is situated on a quiet residential street. The area is mostly residential, safe, peaceful and popular among families. Private parking on the property. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living/dining room. Fans and heaters in the bedrooms. Cot and high chair available on request (free of charge). We offer our guests a beach umbrella and chairs to take to the beach. High-speed internet. Google Chromecast installed on the TV.

Terrace with dining furniture, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. Charcoal barbecue. Sunny terrace with hammocks and loungers. Children's pool (244 cm diameter and 60 cm depth). The pool is large enough to seat 3/4 adults. This house is perfect for families and those looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet area, away from crowds and hotels.

All windows and doors have mosquito screens.

The house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom number one has a large double bed (180x200) and its own private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom number two has 2 single beds. It is possible to add an extra single bed at no additional cost.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Nespresso coffee machine available for our guests. Grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant and bar all within walking distance (less than 3 minutes). The beach is at the end of the street. We provide bed linen and towels for all our guests.

The house has a fan and A/C only in the living room and the main bedroom.

The eco-tax is not includedin the final price and will cost €2.20 per adult and night from May to October, and €1.65 the rest of the year.

Parties and/or bachelor celebrations are not allowed.

A few days before arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
